SCS PROGRAM
When does my SCS Authorised Retailer (AR) Agreement finish?
Your agreement to stock and sell the SCS Range and retain SCS Members will end on the 31st of March. Why does the SCS AR Agreement end earlier than 30th June?
The Swarovski Crystal Society puts the Member Experience first, our priority is to make the transition as seamless as possible for the members. Our intention is to move the members earlier than your final closure date to allow the member to build a relationship with their new SCS location. This also provides you more freedom in your offboarding process in terms of timing. What happens with my SCS members? Am I allowed to tell them I am closing with Swarovski?
On Monday 8th March, we will advise your members that your SCS Authorised Retailer agreement will be coming to an end. Please view a sample of this letter (here). Any SCS members who are still affiliated with your store on 1st April will have their memberships automatically transferred to their next nearest SCS Retailer. What happens to SCS products I have on back order for my SCS members?
If the backorder item arrives prior to 1st April, please feel free to complete the sale with the member. Any remaining SCS items on backorder on 1st April will be cancelled, we will communicate this to the members. Can I continue to place orders of SCS items for my SCS members?
Due to production delays, the SCS items already on backorder now are not likely to be fulfilled until mid-March. Based on this, we would not recommend that you continue to place orders of SCS items for members. What happens to SCS Stock that I have instore from 1st April?
You can continue to sell through any remaining SCS stock you have, but you will not be able to replenish it. Please note, from 1st April you will not be able to align a purchase to an SCS Member’s profile. This means their full purchase history may not be captured and they will not be able to access any SCS program benefits associated to their purchases. This is also why we recommend that you aim to sell through all your SCS stock before 1st April and don’t place any additional orders. Can I still run the SCS Event?
As the SCS Event will be running after 1st April, you are not able to participate.
